Dennis Wood, Northern California General Manager
Dennis joined Frontier Fence in 2007 and brings to the company decades of experience in operations, safety, quality and management. He has a particular expertise in the lumber industry as prior to joining Frontier Fence he worked for 26 years with The Pacific Lumber Company (Palco), a large supplier of lumber to the fence industry. He most recently held the positions of VP Strategic Planning and VP Operations with Palco. Dennis received his BS in Business Administration from Humbolt State University.

Stan Frank, Northern California Account Manager
Prior to joining Frontier Fence, Stan ran his own real estate development company, Frank Custom Homes & Developments, for over 20 years. Stan is well versed in land development, and all phases of residential construction. Stan also holds a real estate broker's license, is a licensed general contractor and a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.

Rob Sredl, Reno General Manager
Rob joined the Frontier Fence team in 2004 and manages the company's Reno operation. Prior to Frontier Fence, Rob was an executive manager at Baker and Taylor for 18 years, a privately held Fortune 300 media distribution company. Rob received his BA in Education from Muhlenberg College and MS in Information Systems from University of Reno.

Elizabeth Olive, Fresno General Manager
Elizabeth launched the opening of Frontier Fence's operations in Fresno during 2006. She has strong general management experience and extensive relationships in California's Central Valley. Prior to Frontier Fence, she worked for the Madera County Economic Development Commission. In the past she has been a manager with some of the printing industry's leading companies and with a finance company. Elizabeth has a degree in Graphic Arts and Lithographic Printing.

Larry Goree, Central Los Angeles General Manager
In 2006, Larry initiated the opening of Frontier Fence's first branch in the Southern California market. Prior to Frontier Fence, Larry owned and operated G&G Roofing Services for nearly 20 years. His construction experience is comprehensive and includes estimating, project management and customer service.

Frank Phillips, Northern Los Angeles General Manger
Frank manages the Northern part of the Southern California market for Frontier Fence. Before joining the company, he was the General Manager of Granda Oak/Surewood Oak for 25 years. In this role he managed all aspects of this multi-location retail and wholesale furniture business. Frank received his BA in Business Economics, cum laude, from Westmont College.
