Paul Phillips, President
Paul has been the President of Frontier Fence since he acquired the business in 2004 from the family that started Frontier Fence in 1956. Prior to Frontier Fence, he owned San Francisco-based Boudin Bakeries ("San Francisco Sourdough"). Previously, Paul worked in finance primarily as an investment banker with Jefferies & Company. Paul received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA in Business Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dennis Wood, VP Operations
Dennis joined Frontier Fence in 2007 and brings to the company decades of experience in operations, safety, quality and management. He has a particular expertise in the lumber industry as prior to joining Frontier Fence he worked for 26 years with The Pacific Lumber Company (Palco), a large supplier of lumber to the fence industry. He most recently held the positions of VP Strategic Planning and VP Operations with Palco. Dennis received his BS in Business Administration from Humbolt State University.

David Whisenhunt, VP Direct Sales
David oversees sales of materials and installation services to private homeowners, including through Frontier's relationship with Home Depot. David has been involved with sales and operations in the construction industry for more than a decade. Prior to Frontier Fence, David was the Plant Manager for Milgard Windows & Doors working with both homeowners and production home builders. David received his BS in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco.

John Oldenburger, Purchasing & Contracts Manager
Prior to John's move to Frontier Fence, he worked for Griffin Industries where he managed entitlements and engineering for the Northern California Division. As a licensed professional engineer, John has a strong background in land development and the homebuilding industry. He also has significant work experience with the Army Corp of Engineers. John received BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento.

Monica Hunter, Human Resources Manager
Monica founded the Human Resources department of Frontier Fence. She has a twenty-year track record of hands-on human resource management. Prior to joining Frontier Fence, Monica worked in HR management in a number of different industries including multi-national manufacturing and financial services organizations. Monica has led organizations through start-up, change, and organizational development strategies. Monica is a graduate of the London Institute of Personnel Management.
